Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RockitgoRadar, operated by Rockitgo LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use RockitgoRadar.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.
• One account per person. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same individual.
• You must notify us immediately at support@rockitgoradar.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RockitgoRadar only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform to spam, harass, or send unsolicited mass communications in violation of applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL)
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute platform data or functionality to third parties without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the platform's underlying infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access the platform at rates that degrade performance for other users
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Impersonate another person, company, or entity
• Use scan data for purposes that violate the privacy rights of the individuals or businesses in the results

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies, with or without notice.

3. Scan Credits and Billing

Subscription Plans

RockitgoRadar is available on monthly and annual subscription plans. Your plan includes a monthly scan quota that resets on your billing date. Unused scans do not roll over to the next period.

Owner Intel Credits

Owner Intel credits are used to enrich leads with business owner contact information. Credits are deducted at the time of enrichment. Credits are non-refundable once used, except in cases of enrichment failure where credits are automatically refunded.

Trial Period

New accounts receive 10 free scans at signup. A valid payment method is required to activate your trial — your card will not be charged until your free scans are exhausted. Once all 10 trial scans have been used, your selected plan's subscription begins and your payment method is charged. You may cancel at any time before your trial scans are used to avoid any charge.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees. All fees are in USD. Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• No refunds on used credits — Owner Intel credits that have been consumed are non-refundable. Automatic refunds occur only for failed enrichment attempts.
• Monthly subscriptions — Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel during a billing period, your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Annual subscriptions — Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase may be eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining unused months, minus any credits consumed. Contact us at support@rockitgoradar.com within 7 days of purchase.
• Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property

RockitgoRadar and all related software, designs, algorithms, and content are owned by Rockitgo LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your active subscription.

You retain ownership of any data you upload or generate through your use of the platform, including your leads lists and custom campaign content.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The business data surfaced by RockitgoRadar is sourced from publicly available sources. You are responsible for using this data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RockitgoRadar is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that business data will be 100% accurate or current. We make no guarantees regarding results from using the platform, including scan accuracy, lead quality, or business outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rockitgo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rockitgo LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will retain your data for 90 days post-termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Miami, Florida. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
