RockitgoRadar (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Rockitgo LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform at rockitgoradar.com.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.

Business Scan Data

When you run scans, we collect and store data about the businesses you scan — including business names, addresses, websites, phone numbers, Google Maps ratings, and technology signals. This data is used to generate your leads list and is associated with your account.

Payment Information

We collect billing information to process payments. Credit card numbers and sensitive payment data are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We retain records of your subscription plan, billing history, and transaction identifiers.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, scan activity, and browser/device information for diagnostic purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the RockitgoRadar platform
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, billing receipts)
• To respond to support requests and communicate platform updates
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your business scan data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before being permanently deleted, giving you time to export your leads. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

Business scan data associated with your leads list is retained as long as your account is active. Audit logs are retained for 12 months.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest via Supabase, row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data, and role-based access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Update or correct inaccurate personal data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export — Export your leads data at any time via the platform
• Opt-out — Opt out of non-essential communications at any time

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services (Stripe, Google) may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies.

RockitgoRadar is a B2B platform intended for business use only. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
